Download Our Mobile App
Access our mobile app through the links on the website or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Create Your Customer and Vehicle Profile
The app will ask you a series of questions to help us better service you. You will also need to enter a Vehicle Profile for each vehicle you would like to use our service for. Join our #FillUpFam subscription service for the best deals and promotions.
Choose the Date and Delivery Window
We offer flexible delivery windows and availability will vary depending on the demand for that time slot. We make every attempt to accommodate everyone’s requested window!
Enter the details of your delivery
You will select the vehicle(s) you want filled up and the type of fuel you want. Yes, you can get Regular one time and Premium the next, it’s up to you! At this time you will also select your location , payment method and be able to put any specific notes for your driver.
We take care of the rest!
You will be notified when the driver confirms your appointment. The driver will also keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. When we complete the delivery, our driver will complete the delivery ticket and you will be able to review your delivery details anytime you want.

Terms and Conditions
While we take care of the convenience for you, there are a few things we need from you!
- Please ensure your vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for our driver. We do not allow the vehicle to be parked on a public street for our driver’s safety.
- If your vehicle is equipped with a locking gas cap, Please leave your cap open and our driver will close it once the delivery is complete.
- If your vehicle is in a paid parking garage/lot and we incur a cost to enter the parking area, you will be charged this fee on your final bill.
- If your vehicle is inaccessible when our driver’s arrive, the driver will notify you via message and you will be billed the delivery charge. Unfortunately, our driver’s are unable to wait.
- You may cancel your delivery anytime at no-charge up until the time your driver arrives. If our driver arrives and then you need to cancel your service, you will be charged only the delivery charge.
- Once our driver confirms your delivery, a Pre-Authorization hold will be placed on your payment method until the delivery is complete.
- We make every effort to make your Fuel2Me experience the absolute best. If for any reason you are unhappy with your experience, please reach out immediately and we will make every effort to make it better.
